Maxillo Facial Surgery

This may involve surgical repositionoing of the upper or lower jaws (maxilla or mandible), or both (Maxillo-mandibular advancement or MMA), by a maxillo-facial surgeon. This will involve a referral to a local surgeon of high repute. With UPPP and GGA, such surgery achieves a 95% success rate in correction of OSA.
